On September 15st 2020, PrimeSpace Capital celebrated the grand opening of their first of many self-storage facilities, Rockford Storage Solutions. Located in Rockford, IL, what once was a shopping center that has been dark for almost 10 years, has been redeveloped and transformed into a mixed use building that includes a Cube Smart Storage, Dollar General and The Rockford DMV offices.
PrimeSpace Capital has spent the last few months reconstructing and designing the 54,000 square footage storage facility designated to serve the needs of the community. Rockford Storage Solutions provides 391 class A, climate-controlled self-storage units, all indoors and fully secured.
In celebration of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the facility was held and refreshments were served. We were honored that from the city of Rockford, Karl Franzen, the Community Development Director, was in attendance. Associates such as, Craig Linda from Axela Group, DeLauter Inc., Israel Friedman, Director of Acquisitions and Development of PrimeSpace Capital, that have been of great help and contribution were also there to celebrate this great milestone.
With the demand for self-storage increasing nation-wide, we are delighted to be part and provide our services to the Rockford community.
