Irmo Storage is a 68,000 sq ft shopping center right off the I-26 in Columbia, SC. The center consists of 2 buildings with 10 retail suites. The vacant anchor space, a former Bi-Lo Grocery will be redeveloped into a class A, Climate Controlled Self-Storage facility which is scheduled to be completed in Q2 of 2021.
