Project Description

Scranton Storage is a 125,000 sq ft shopping center that is centrally located on Rt. 6 in Scranton, PA . The center is occupied by a Defy Trampoline Park, that is part of a national sports park company and an adult day care center. The vacant anchor space, consisting of 87,000 sq ft was previously occupied by K-Mart and will be redeveloped into a class A, Climate Controlled, Extra Space Self-Storage facility which is scheduled to be completed in Q1 of 2022.
