PrimeSpace Capital Celebrates the Grand Opening of Our New Facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut

PrimeSpace Capital is proud to announce the grand opening of our newest self-storage facility at 2600 Madison Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut. This milestone marks another successful addition to our growing portfolio and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality storage solutions in strong, growing communities.

The newly opened facility features approximately 138,614 square feet across two floors and offers 1,031 storage units to meet the needs of both residential and business customers throughout the Bridgeport area. The property is professionally managed by Extra Space Storage, providing customers with a trusted and convenient storage experience.

This project represents the culmination of years of planning, development, and execution, and would not have been possible without the dedication and collaboration of our talented team and partners.
