Today, PrimeSpace Capital operates as a fully vertically integrated Class-A climate-controlledself-storage developer operating nationally. The firm manages development, construction, andasset management entirely in-house, including a self-performing general contractor division thatgenerates substantial cost savings passed directly to investors. PrimeSpace Capital Fund One, currently raising sixty million dollars in equity, will finance the development of new projects while reinforcing the firm’s ability to scale its proven operational model across multiple simultaneous closings.
