The building consists of 3 floors and is fully climate controlled with enhanced access and security systems, bringing the best in the market self-storage options to the fast growing West Ashly Neighborhood is Charleston.

The project broke ground in May of 2024 and is expected to be delivered in Q4 of 2025.
