Ryan Fridolfs is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at PrimeSpace Capital, where he leads acquisitions strategy, deal execution, and pipeline development across the firm's growing portfolio. Ryan has been central to building the acquisitions platform, establishing the firm's underwriting framework, sourcing processes, and transaction management systems while overseeing a team of analysts and underwriters. He manages each transaction from sourcing through closing, working alongside construction, asset management, and capital markets teams as well as external brokers, lenders, and legal counsel to execute the firm's development and acquisition strategy. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance.
