Ryan Fridolfs is a Senior Acquisitions Associate at PrimeSpace Capital, where he leadsacquisitions strategy, deal execution, and pipeline development across the firm's growingportfolio. Ryan has been central to building the acquisitions platform, establishing the firm'sunderwriting framework, sourcing processes, and transaction management systems whileoverseeing a team of analysts and underwriters. He manages each transaction from sourcingthrough closing, working alongside construction, asset management, and capital markets teamsas well as external brokers, lenders, and legal counsel to execute the firm's development andacquisition strategy. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas ChristianUniversity with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance.
