Simon Jimenez is a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at PrimeSpace Capital, where he supports the firm’s underwriting, acquisitions, and investment activities across the growing portfolio. He works closely with the acquisitions team throughout the deal lifecycle, including market analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, and investment evaluation. Simon earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He previously worked for over 3 years in JPMorgan Asset & Wealth management business and brings strong analytical expertise, a detail-oriented approach to underwriting, and a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement that supports the firm’s continued growth.
